2021 Skaven Warband Conversions
I’m making a new Skaven Warband for 2021!

My first Conversion. I added large claws 
The one Skaven with no changes necessary.

New Eshin Sorcerer with Spear (I’m not sure where this mini comes from, but I love it!))
All of these minis except for the sorcerer came from the current Skaven Bloodbowl pack. I love these minis because they’re so dynamic. They all look like they are running or about to run. Here’s some of the pictures of the minis during the conversion process, and what I did to give them weapons.

Bloodbowl mini #1 for conversion 
Skaven with Claws Conversion 
He already had small metal blades coming out from his fists 
So I made the sides of the fist flat and put new blades. 
Bloodbowl mini #2 for conversion 
I cut off both his hands and replaced them with these dual sword hands 
Then I cut off the football on his tail. 
I decided to leave his tail like that. 
Bloodbowl mini #3 for conversion 
This was a simple conversion. I added a sword to his right fist. 
I rotated his left arm to be higher, to look like he’s really running hard.

I added some pieces of paper as a shield handle

The hardest one 
I cut off both hands. The left hand, I rotated so it can hold a sheild. 
The right hand I tried replacing with an extended spear 
But it looked odd pointed off to the right. 
So I cut off the rest of his arm, and hollowed out his shoulder pad 
I found a nice metal shield in my bits box. 
I put in the other Skaven spear 
I added a plastic sprue shaving as the handle on this one.
